Certo che puoi.
E una volta attivata Necrovalle, la Cittadella viene distrutta per meccanica di gioco, anche se ci sono più segnalini su di essa.

He was born in the winter of 1431, as Vlad III Dracul, the son of Vlad II Dracul in Wallachia. The two super powers of this region at the time were the Ottoman Turks, and the Hungarian empire. Wallachia had to appease both empires for survival. Vlad II Gained support from the Turks, by offering his younger son as a hostage in 1444 to Adrionople until 1448 to appease the sultan.
He believed that praying for mercy was a sign of weakness and ignored by god, for he does not save those who beg to be saved.
Hungary waged war against the Turks in the Varna Crusade in 1444 led by Hunyadi. To still be neutral, Vald II sent troops, but did not join the battle. The Crusade was crushed and Hunyadi became hostile to Vlad II.
Vlad II was assasinated in 1447 and to prevent Wallachia falling to Hungary rule, the Turks invaded Wallachia and put Vald III on the thrown, but Hunyadi also invaded Wallachia and put Vladislav II on the thrown.
Vlad became Hunyadi's advisor in Hungary, impressed by his hatred for the Turks. He then launched a counter attack against the Turks in Serbia and Vlad then reconquered his homeland and killed Vladislav in combat.
Vlad III waged war after war against the Turks massacring prisoners and comprades in the thousands believing that fighting is a form of prayer and if the prayer is strong anough God shall descend the earth.
Vlad eventually lost to the Turks, his armies destroyed, the remnants of his reign left scattred across the plain.
Vlad believed tha God had betrayed him, leaving him to die, after all the battles he fought in the name of christianity. And betrayed God in return. He renounced his faith, denying his fate and Gods plan for him, drank human blood to sustain life...

...And became the no life king.
